Intuit
I worked with Intuit for ten years while I was at Digital River. I designed and created a Toolkit website for them that they tied into our smartChannel software for tracking marketing information. The main purpose of the Toolkit website was to use for their marketing materials for the tax season each year. Their affiliates and advertisers were able to access the website to download what they need for advertising Intuit products on their websites, offices, trade shows, etc. One of my coworkers wrote a script to track every time a person downloaded each marketing material on the toolkit so that they could keep track of how many downloads each item was getting. Once we had the Toolkit website built, I would just need to update it every year for Tax season to include all updated marketing materials, content, and any branding changes that was needed. Below I have included some screenshots of some of the site with more details on those pages.
Home
This is the home screen that you see once you login to your account. Every time that I made a change to the website, they would have me add a little blurb under the "What's New" section on the homepage to show what marketing materials were recently updated or changed.

Resources
They had this page set up for users to be able to download important documents to help them have the most successful marketing campaign possible. These documents include the Best Practices Guide, Affiliate Marketing Handbook, and Marketing Calendar which all help to explain recommendations and helpful tips to be more successful with advertising for them.

Brand & Legal Guidelines
Each Tax season there would be changes needed to both the Brand & Legal Guidelines so they would have me update this page with those updated documents for users to be able to download.

Banners
This page was setup for affiliates to be able to download updated banners in different sizes to use on their websites. They would have me upload new banners for different times throughout the year for advertising the upcoming Tax season. These different banners were either for Peak Season (December-March), Late Season (late March-mid April), and Self-Employed Banners for independent contractors, freelancers, and small businesses.
